Can I file bankruptcy without an attorney?

by rkadmin on March 2nd, 2011

The short answer is yes. However, the possibilities for things going horribly wrong are significant. You may have even talked with someone who did not hire an attorney and got through the process with no problems.

Sometimes you will hit all green lights on the way to work. Sometimes a golfer will get a hole-in-one. You get the idea. Don’t count on you being the one to get through the case without an attorney.
