Understanding bankruptcy

My name is Robert Keyes and I help people file bankruptcy in SE Michigan. As you read these posts keep in mind that while there are a lot of things the same in all states, there are important differences state to state. I will concentrate on bankruptcy in Michigan.

Please keep in mind that all of these comments are very basic. Bankruptcy law is complex and you need a good attorney to guide you through the process.
